The people of Rwanda
The inhabitants of Rwanda are divided mostly into three ethnic tribes called Twa, Tutsi and Hutu. Although the genocide accured and broke the bond between the Tutsi and the Hutu, because of the murder of the President Juvénal Habyarimana, they now live more and more harmoniously together.
The Twa people live within the regions of the Great Lakes. In Rwanda, their ancestors, the pywere the first to settle down but when the Hutu and the Tutsi tribes came into the country to live, the Twa people became more and more marginalized.
The Tutsi on the other hand is now second biggest tribe in Rwanda. They live in the central region of Africa and are closely related to the Banyamulenge tribe. The Tutsi people wanted to live in a republic government, which Rwanda has now.
The Hutu tribe didn't either have a problem when it came to expanding within the tribe. They are now the biggest tribe in Rwanda and in Barundi, which is south of Rwanda.
